Roles and Responsibilities:
- Building a strong relationship with the sales team of the channel partners (Bank/NBFC/MFI/Broker)
- Achieving your sales targets as per channel strategy.
- Meeting prospective customers with channel sales team to sell insurance solutions.
- Providing pre and post-sales support (e.g. claim settlement).
- Ensuring quality of business and persistency (renewals of premium)
- Enabling channel sales team to use latest digital platforms.
- Recruiting and Building a high performing distribution network to Financial Consultants (FCs)
- Training motivating and driving these certified financial consultants (agents) to sell insurance
- Meeting prospective customers with FCs to sell insurance solutions
Desired Candidate Profile:
Knowledge of life insurance business and distribution channels is preferred. Candidates should have:

• Assertiveness
• Problem Solving and Analytical Skills
• Effective verbal and written communications and presentation skills. - Experience in relationship management /account management / sales management is preferred.

- Age: 22 to 37 years
- Experience: 1to 5years
- Annual CTC: UPTO 3.5 LPA
