1. Measure potential of territory
a. List all outlets (use TSI, SRs/DSMs for listing).
b. Identify FMCG selling Outlets.
c. Classify outlets.
2. Make Route maps for optimum coverage.
3. Retailing / Wholesaling.
4. Manage distributors performance
5. Distributor claims handling
6. Achieving primary and secondary targets.
7. Short-listing and recommendation of distributors.
8. Reporting & resolving of grievances and consumer complaints.
9. Implementing & settlement of schemes
10. Product availability, visibility and Merchandising
11. Distributor salesmen, SR and TSI activity monitoring
12. To ensure availability of adequate funds (BG/SD) and infrastructure at distributors point.
13. Opening new outlets and its monitoring.
14. Planning and utilization of BTL budgets.
15. Reporting of competitors activities.
