Job Responsibilities and Duties: –

 

Packer, Sealer and helper-

1. Prepare finished items or goods for packaging and shipping.

2. Checking to ensure that the things to be packed are there before securely wrapping them in accordance with corporate standards or specifications and placing the goods onto pallets ready for transportation.

Supervisor-

1. In charge of all packing and shipping activities.

2. Ensure that final goods are packed and dispatched in a timely and quality manner.

3. Ensuring that vehicles and drivers follow all applicable laws.

4. Schedule and monitor arriving and leaving deliveries.

5. Make packing lists, invoices, and other shipping documentation for clients.

6. Plan and implement enhancements to internal or external logistics systems or processes.

7. Analyze, determine, and assure conformity with all packing standards.

8. Keeping detailed records for all packing items.
